In my plastic surgery practice, I have many, many patients who want larger, fuller breasts. However, I also have many patients who would like their breasts to be smaller. Very large breasts, especially on small-framed women, can cause neck pain, back pain, painful indentions on the shoulders, rashes, problems with exercise, self-consciousness and embarrassment. 

If you feel your breasts are too large, especially if they have become cumbersome and uncomfortable, breast reduction surgery can be a very effective solution. Before breast augmentation surgery, a no-fee consultation

Before performing breast augmentation surgery, I offer a no-fee consultation, lasting approximately 45-60 minutes. I thoroughly answer all of your questions so that you are completely comfortable before leaving the office.  During this consultation, I typically:

• review your medical history
• discuss your goals and expectations
• perform an examination including breast measurements
• review the details of the procedure
• explain procedure options, including:
  • saline vs. silicone implants
  • round vs. teardrop shape implants
  • incision location (above or below the muscle implant location)
• recovery time
• what your “new” breasts will look like post-surgery
• cost

While it is perfectly safe to get pregnant after a tummy tuck without injuring yourself or the baby, the pregnancy will stretch the abdominal wall muscles and overlying skin, potentially reversing some of the improvements gained by the tummy tuck.
