As you’ve gotten older, have you noticed that your butt is not as toned and firm as it used to be? Has it become droopy, saggy and flabby, maybe due to pregnancy, weight gain or loss, prolonged sitting, family genetics, or a combination of all of these? Are you longing to have a bigger, sexier butt that’s higher, firmer and rounder? One with some major “wow” power?
Good news: a Brazilian butt lift (also called butt augmentation or BBL) could be the solution you’ve been looking for!
With a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction is used to remove excess fat from certain parts of the body and transferred to the buttock area to achieve a higher, plumper and more rounded “behind.” Typically, I extract fat from the lower back, “love handles” and abdomen, and use this fat to re-shape the top and sides of the butt. And since a Brazilian butt lift uses your own fat, there’s no chance of rejection.
As well as the Brazilian butt lift, I also offer a wide range of other body sculpting procedures to help you achieve a more shapely body. To learn more, click here.

At the same time that I am performing a Brazilian butt lift, I can also trim down places where you have too much fat while building up those areas where you would like more fat. For this reason, many of my patients take advantage of the liposuction procedure used in a Brazilian butt lift to remove fat from their tummy, waist area and thighs and transfer it to their butt, giving them a beautiful, sexy hourglass silhouette.
Also, while they’re having butt augmentation, many women choose to have breast augmentation (and vice versa) in order to create a pleasing, attractive balance between their upper and lower body.

Some of my patients just want some small differences to be made in the shape of their butt because it’s become a little flat on top or flabby on the sides. Others want an augmentation (an increase in size of the buttocks) as well as a change in shape. Because a BBL consists of precise, highly localized fat grafting, I am able to achieve both of these requested outcomes.
You have to be in good medical health to be considered a good candidate for any kind of plastic surgery. If you have any heart conditions, lung conditions or neurological disorders, you may not be a good candidate for a BBL.
Another important factor is your pre-surgical weight. Very thin patients are discouraged from having a BBL because they may not have enough excess body fat to extract and re-position in the buttocks area.
In most cases, you’re be a good candidate for a Brazilian butt lift if you:
Ultimately, the only way to know if Brazilian Butt Lift surgery is right for you is to consult with an experienced plastic surgeon.
Often, one of the first questions my patients ask me when they’re considering having a Brazilian butt lift is how much it will cost. My answer is that there is no one standard price. Recognizing that every woman’s body and expectations for butt augmentation surgery are unique to her, I determine the exact cost of a Brazilian butt lift after I have met with the patient, evaluated her body type, amount of fat stores, overall physical condition and her personal goals and expectations. Then together, we will decide exactly what will achieve the best possible results. For further pricing details, please contact me.
A Brazilian butt lift is a very long-lasting procedure. On average, expect about 50% of the injected fat to stay in the area and about 50% to be reabsorbed by the body, which is why I always put in extra fat deposits.
