As they get older, many people’s “behinds” go through several not-very-welcome changes. Caused by pregnancy, weight gain, weight loss, prolonged sitting, genetics, or a combination of all of these, the butt easily droops, sags and becomes flabby.
A Brazilian butt lift (also called butt augmentation) can reverse these changes. It can also give you a firmer, larger, higher and more shapely butt than you had before. As well as the Brazilian butt lift, I also offer a wide range of other body sculpting procedures to help you achieve a more shapely body. To learn more, click here.

What happens during a Brazilian butt lift?
During a Brazilian butt lift, excess fat is removed from certain parts of the body and transferred to the buttock area to achieve a lifted, plumper and more rounded appearance. Typically, I extract fat from the lower back, “love handles” and abdomen and use this harvested fat to shape the top and sides of the butt. Since a Brazilian butt lift uses your own fat, there’s no chance of rejection.
Combine liposuction and breast augmentation with a butt lift for a beautiful, balanced body
In addition to performing a Brazilian butt lift, I also can trim away where you have too much fat while building up where you would like more fat. Many of my patients take advantage of the liposuction procedure used in a Brazilian butt lift to remove fat from their tummy, waist area and thighs and transfer it to their butt, giving them the beautiful, sexy hourglass silhouette they’ve always wanted.
Also, while they’re having butt augmentation, many women choose to have breast augmentation (and vice versa) in order to create a pleasing, attractive balance between their upper and lower body.
How long does Brazilian butt lift surgery take?
Because of the meticulous way the fat has to be extracted (liposuction), processed and re-injected for permanent, natural-looking results, butt augmentation surgery typically takes 2-4 hours. However, this depends on the amount of liposuction performed and the amount of fat to be re-injected into the buttocks.
Should you gain or lose weight before the procedure?
While it varies from person to person, you should be a few pounds over your ideal weight before having BBL surgery. The important factor is that once you have gained weight for a BBL, you need to maintain that same weight afterwards in order to maintain the results.
How much does a Brazilian butt lift cost?
Recognizing that every woman’s body and expectations for butt augmentation surgery are unique to her, I determine the exact cost of a Brazilian butt lift after I have met with the patient and together, we have decided what type of procedure will achieve the best possible results.
