Do you long to have larger, fuller breasts? Do you wish you looked sexier in bathing suits, bras and lingerie? If so, breast implants are a safe, highly successful way to get the breast size you’ve always wanted. In fact, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, breast augmentation is the top cosmetic surgery performed today. Now, there's a new type of breast implant that gives you both bigger size and peace of mind.
Until now, if you wanted larger breasts, you only had two choices of implants:
- Silicone implants that would give you natural-looking results but you'd worry about silent rupture.
- Saline implants that would give you peace of mind but you'd worry about wrinkling and an unnatural feel.
Now there's a third choice: the structured Ideal implant
The Ideal implant is a structured, saline-filled implant that combines the natural feel of silicone with the safety and peace of mind of saline. Created by a plastic surgeon, this FDA- approved structured implant uses today’s most advanced technology to bring you the look and feel of real breast tissue without the drawbacks that concern women most: unnatural feel and silent rupture.
10 reasons women love their Ideal implants
Now you no longer have to choose between a beautiful, natural look and the confidence of knowing your implants will stay intact. Here are 10 reasons my patients have told me they’re happy with the Ideal implant:
- Gives you the realistic, natural look and feel of real breasts
- Provides a smooth surface under your skin, instead of the ripples typically caused by saline implants
- Filled with saline that is easily and safely absorbed by the body if ruptured
- No sticky silicone gel that can cause problems in surrounding tissues if the implant ruptures
- No silent rupture — you can feel secure that your implants are intact
- Lower rupture rate
- A smaller incision than silicone gel implants
- No costly MRIs needed to detect silicone gel rupture
- Only available from Board Certified plastic surgeons (and FDA approved)
- 10 year warranty
Are breast implants safe? My answer is yes.
In over 20 years of performing breast implant surgery in my plastic surgery practice, I have encountered very few complications in my patients as a result. For women who want larger breasts, who want the size and shape of their breasts to match, or who have had a mastectomy and want breast reconstruction, breast implants are a highly satisfying, long-lasting solution.

How much do breast implants cost?
When I am asked this question, my answer is that there is not one standard price. Every woman’s breasts are unique, the results she is seeking from breast augmentation surgery are specific to her, and each of the three types of breast implants has a different price. For these reasons, I determine the exact cost of a breast implant procedure after I have met with the patient, evaluated her breasts and body type, her overall physical condition and her personal goals and expectations. Then together, we will decide what type of procedure will achieve the best possible results and how much that procedure will cost.
If you are a good candidate for breast augmentation and you are not seeking to combine it with another surgery, you may qualify for my special pricing. For further pricing details, please contact me. (Note: the IDEAL Implant is not eligible for my special pricing.)
I want to make sure all my patients know that insurance companies consider breast augmentation surgery (no matter which type of breast implant they choose) to be elective cosmetic surgery and therefore is usually not covered by insurance, meaning that patients pay the entire cost themselves.
If you have breast implants, please come see me to get them checked
If you have any type of breast implants — saline, silicone, structured or textured — it’s important to get them checked for ruptures, slippage, leakage, swelling or any other potential problems. For all of my patients with implants, I strongly recommend getting them checked once a year. If you have textured implants which are part of the Allergan recall, you should get them checked right away.
